I had my dog groomed at HoneySuckle Hounds for 2 years. The owner Jen said she no longer wanted to groom my dog. Pricing was reasonable but Jen needs some softer skills in customer service. She put me in a bind. It is sad to think she just chooses her clients.

Today, My little Luci was in need of a trim badly. But, I just couldnt find someone trustworthy until i found this place. At 5 months, It was her first time & also mines trying out honeysuckle hounds. All I can say is the experience was great from making my appointment to picking her up! I will definitely be going again. Most definitely recommend this place she looks unrecognizable & beautiful 💗

Honeysuckle Hounds is an absolutely amazing grooming service! They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. The mobile service is very convenient and user friendly. The level of service is hands down, the best we’ve experienced! Highly recommended!

Jen groomed my dog for 4 years. We were always ecstatic with the job she did, she was always easy to work with, and seemed to treat my dog well. Then one day she cancelled my dog’s regularly scheduled appointment with one day’s notice and said she would get back to me to reschedule. Not only did she not reach back out to me, but she ghosted me. No returned calls or texts. I tried for months to get in touch.

I recently rescued my boy from MADACC. When I adopted him, his fur had been shaved down to his skin and was a bit patchy, probably because of some matting in his fur. 6 weeks later, those patches looked pretty scraggly and he was not looking his best. I was nervous about dropping him off, and nervous about how he'd do with the whole experience. He's a very cheerful and outgoing guy, but he's also a bit untrusting and sometimes can get scared. I explained his situation to Jen, and when I picked him up, not only was he completely transformed, but he was a very happy boy. Until he wasn’t.
