U.S. Bank – Wealth Management Banker: Erin Miles

I'd like to give negative stars. The woman at the counter was so insanely rude. I've never experienced someone so terrible at her job in my life. She should be fired immediately. Just terrible service. You should be embarrassed.

It is ridiculous the wait time here - both inside and at the drive up! How about having deposit-withdraw slips in the bins so We dont have to wait 5 min for the 1 chker u have serving 2 lanes of drive up traffic. Like you cant afford another teller, anything to squeeze more $$$$ into your pockets at the expense of the ones who allow you to make it! F

This location gets three stars just for their banker, Pang. Thankfully she was covering for someone else today (she's normally in Germantown). She was patient and helpful. We have to jump through 30 hoops to get our insurance check cashed. Pang was able to offer us a decent solution (cuz no way I'm signing a 15k+ check and mailing it to their headquarters). She also helped open the case and fax items to get things going. Otherwise this bank is awful.
