I'd like to give negative stars. The woman at the counter was so insanely rude. I've never experienced someone so terrible at her job in my life. She should be fired immediately. Just terrible service. You should be embarrassed.

It is ridiculous the wait time here - both inside and at the drive up! How about having deposit-withdraw slips in the bins so We dont have to wait 5 min for the 1 chker u have serving 2 lanes of drive up traffic. Like you cant afford another teller, anything to squeeze more $$$$ into your pockets at the expense of the ones who allow you to make it! F

This location gets three stars just for their banker, Pang. Thankfully she was covering for someone else today (she's normally in Germantown). She was patient and helpful. We have to jump through 30 hoops to get our insurance check cashed. Pang was able to offer us a decent solution (cuz no way I'm signing a 15k+ check and mailing it to their headquarters). She also helped open the case and fax items to get things going. Otherwise this bank is awful.

Great service - the ATM was not working so I had to go inside. That's kind of annoying but the staff in side was great and filled out the manual forms for me - made it quick and pretty painless!

I have been banking w us bank for years, however it has NEVER been pleasant. In high school i had opened a bank account soley for my extremely part time job as a waitress so i could deposit my 60$ i made every 2 weeks. I then quit& went to school full time. I had maybe 100$ in the account & didn't touch it. Because i had monthly fees and charges i was NEVER informed of the bank withdrew on its own, my account started to go into negative. Again im away at school..i dont touch the money..i had no idea this is happening.. I am not withdrawling money i dont have, the bank was. Instead of just closing my account after taking my 100$ they continued to take money i didnt have. I owed the bank 164 of money I WASNT EVEN SPENDING on top of the 100 they already took!! THEY WERE TAKING IT i was not spending it! Now i log into my account and they have taken it out of my NEW savings with NO notification or warning..it was 2 years ago and it was THEIR doing.. I should no way have to pay the bank back for their wrong doing!!!! I HIGHLY RECCOMEND NOT BANKING HERE!!
