We discovered mold in our summer cottage. We contacted Service Master and Craig Manka came right out. He was very thorough in his explanation of the inspection/mitigation process and patiently answered all of our questions. He provided his expertise in finding the source of our problem and recommended ways to prevent it from occurring again. We are very satisfied with Service Master and appreciate Craig's willingness to go above and beyond.
During the demo part of our water damage, a fellow named Gabe from the Wausau office did a superb job of removing water, doing the demo and clean up when he was done.
He was knowledgeable, worked efficiently and fast. Kept us informed.
