This was my first time ever getting a massage and I had a great experience. Keirsten was very helpful through the whole process from sending multiple reminders to answering questions and offering suggestions. Because I have never had a deep tissue massage I didn’t know what to expect. Keirsten made me feel very comfortable throughout the time j was there. She started with a lighter pressure and worked her way up so she knew what my tolerance was. This was great because I had no idea what pressure would be best for me! I highly recommend Keirsten from Nature’s Choice Massage if you are looking to invest in yourself!
I have never had a massage before, and going to Keirsten was a great first experience! Her space is very clean, and she is very knowledgeable about the profession that she is in.I have been dealing with some lower back pain due to be in 28 weeks pregnant, and she was able to relieve a lot of that pain. I feel so much better after our one hour session.I would highly recommend Keirsten to anybody! Not to mention, she’s a sweetheart!
