My first visit here was excellent! Being I could walk here makes it more convenient. Trying to book a follow up appointment or trying to get an appointment, seems impossible. The options I have are to wait at least two weeks or go to urgent care! Smh

If you need a MyChart answer on a Friday skip it and go to urgent care as they don’t always answer on Friday!June 2 another incident of no one getting a hold of me. They read my my charts but no response to me. I call on call and no help!!!

I don't understand how anyone could give this clinic less than 5 stars. I have been going to this clinic on and off for the last 20 years and have always received nothing but the best care. The staff who have been there for any amount of time know me by name, and I don't go in that often so I feel that says a lot. They are dedicated to finding solutions to their patients problems and truly care about how their patients are doing. Some changes in recent years in ownership (SSM) have maybe affected some things but when it comes down to it, the doctors, PA, nurses are all wonderful, I would highly recommend this clinic, especially Barb Schlittler who is the PA I typically...read full review
