Very fast and very thorough. I was easy to get an appoint, pay the invoice and get the reports back. I had both the Home Inspection and the Structural Engineering Inspection done. I would recommend using them to anyone.

As an agent, I have always had great experiences with Nick! He is patient & thorough. I was the agent working with buyer for Mr. Rosien's (1 star review) house, which is also owned by his son, a commercial broker. His daughter in law is the listing agent & also has this property listed as her office address. Despite all this, mandatory real estate disclosures were missed, misrepresentations made about the house. Roof was shot, foundation wall cracked and 3/4" out of plumb, over half the windows don't open. The defects that became evident were in no way small issues. Misleading reviews annoy me, so I wanted to provide the other side of the story.

Very thorough and professional home inspector. Even called afterwards to follow up on an item that he did more research on after the inspection. Would highly recommend for anyone buying a new home!
