Absolutely love this dental office! It’s family-owned, and the women in the office are outstanding, you can really feel how much they care about each patient as an individual. They take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure you’re comfortable. On top of all this Donna has such a gentle hand which is rare to come by in dentistry. Overall this office offers such a warm, welcoming environment—it feels like they truly want the best for you, not just your teeth. I’m so glad I found them!

Upon relocating back to Wisconsin I was so very pleased that my research revealed a Pankey Institute trained dentist was in practice in Waukesha, WI. Although already exceptionally well trained and skilled, Dr. Donna Kraklow took the initiative to advance her qualifications and expertise even further through the more exacting and enhanced education offered by the Pankey Institute, in Florida. I have benefited from not only her enhanced skills and procedures, but also her friendly personality and talented staff, which freely communicates with patients. Any recommended and anticipated procedures are not only discussed in detail, but with an included outline of all costs that may be incurred. Outstanding level of care here. I've seen both Dr Donna and had a brief consult with her husband, Dr Tom, after my last cleaning. I appreciate both of their chairside demeanor. Dr. Donna is exceptionally skilled, detailed, and gentle. Jaime, the hygienist, is absolutely meticulous and truly enjoyable. I enjoy everyone in this office! Mary Jane is so knowledgeable and is an absolute delight to deal with. I'm laughing from start to finish on all my appointments. Including when I accidentally bit Dr Donna 🤦🏻♀️ Still sorry about that, but I will contend... it was my subconscious getting her back for feeling a little bit of a filling on a un-numbed tooth. 😆😉
