They have a beautiful interior!. I love using the getting in line function on the website. I was in a chair within 5 minutes of arrival. Micky printed out my instructions and cut my hair beautifully. We had a nice conversation.

The staff at the Fox Run Waukesha location were very professional, compassionate and gracious. Today I took my special needs brother for a haircut and beard trim and inside he had a seizure as we were walking to the stylist chair. The staff immediately asked me if they needed to call for an ambulance and if I needed any help. Fortunately, no need for that. Seizures are common for my brother and we deal with them and it typically takes less than a minute for him to come out of them. The staff told me not to worry and take as much time as I needed with my brother. Sara ultimately was able to cut my brothers hair and was outstanding and very compassionate. I'm always happy when I see that Ali (Alihandra?) is working. even if there are people ahead of me she is worth waiting for. She is a pleasant and friendly person. She is a perfectionist who always gives a balanced and even haircut. You can tell she takes pride in her work. You are lucky to have her.
