I wish every company that you have stuff done was as responsive and easy to work with as Bayview Shades & Blinds. From the beginning of the showroom to the installation. We had bought from Bayview Shades & Blinds in the past and was always pleased with the products and Company. This time We bought a new home and needed window treatments again. My husband and I went to Bayview Shades & Blinds showroom. They have so many selection to choose from. Just amazing people to work with there. They set you up with the most amazing sales people who don't pressure you into buying. From the start of looking at colors and window treatments. A+. They answer all your concerns and questions. They set us up with an appointment with Peter the sales representative. Peter came out to our home. Peter took his time explaining all colors and window treatments they have. We had 13 windows and a patio door plus front door window treatments that needed blinds on. Peter explained all treatments and showed color fabric that matched our home. Very patient and knowledgeable. No rush in his part. He spent aot of time with us until I was sure of treatments and color I choose.Thank you so much! Peter. The customer service with Bayview blinds was amazing too. Our window treatments were installed by Dillon and Matt. Very impressed on how beautiful they look and how polite they were. Dillon took his time explaining the motorized blinds we had installed :). I can't say enough about Bayview blinds. If your thinking of getting new treatments for your home you won't be disappointed. My neighbor recommended Bay View after I was admiring amazing new shades and blinds throughout their house. I gave Bay View a call and do not regret that. We had just re-done our living room and I was at a loss. I've always purchased window treatments at big box stores and installed ourselves. I thought I had something in mind, but wasn't sure. Thanks to Mike at Bay View, I went in a different direction and am not disappointed. Mike helped me decide on not only a style, but a fabric and color for roller shades. It took a while for shades to come in but it was worth the wait! The intallation was very professional, quick and done well. The quality of the shades is top notch and so much better than anything we've ever had. It's been a few months now and we couldn't be more happy with what Mike helped us chose. Thank you!!
