Our condo association had a great experience with hiring KSSI to do our siding, fascia and downspout repairs along with badly needed door replacements. They were prompt, responsive and did excellent work!
A job well done. The best part was Nathan, an extremely skilled craftsman. He had ideas (GOOD ONES!) that enhanced the project beautifully. The final payment was made the day after completion of the project, which was to our liking. It was a bother to continue to receive invoices over and over after the final payment was made. This billing process needs improvement.
We recently had gutters and outdoor window trim installed on our large historic building, originally built in 1843, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results.
