My mom, sister, and I were looking for a place to shave our cat Minnie because she had really matted fur and her birthday was the next day. We had been canceled on by Petsmart many times and just as we thought that we would finally get her shaved, the lady canceled again. My mom was very upset and called a bunch of places to try and get Minnie shaved that day. All of the places had said no and we were losing hope. That’s when we found Rosann’s place. The first time I met Rosann I was a bit skeptical just because I was judging the way her place looked. She groomed our rainbow pup Cheyenne twice. She is an excellent groomer. However, I became to slowly know Rosann because she had a litter of pups. I came every week since they were two months old. What I discover was a diamond in the ruff! Rosann is a fountain of knowledge! From grooming, training, and breeding! She is excellent! My dogs WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE for a groom! When i first introduced my dog he was quite aggressive and did bite her but she approached him with strong handeling and he did settle down and glad she did all the handeling but he still was not verry happy but when she got done grooming him he was a little better and after his second time he was much better now ive been going there for about a year withHim and my little female and he loves her now she was really goodwith him and he is doing great with her she realy has that kindness that my dogs loveand my little female and my male that was agressive now give her kisses when done grooming they like getting there hair done and she does a great job i realy like... read full review
