I priced flooring options with multiple vendors. I chose Macco's because of Mary. I immediately liked her. I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism when she came to my home to measure and explained flooring options. She has excellent taste and understands design. The flooring she helped select looks wonderful. There was an issue with the installation sub-contractor but it was quickly resolved. When vendors have similar costs, the people with whom you will be working are an important part of vendor selection. So glad I chose Macco's-

Mary was very helpful in store explaining the different floor options and was able to come next day for a measurement at our home. The group that came to install the flooring was so nice, hardworking and had great attention to detail. Louis was great at explaining what they were doing and why. Shelly was quick with follow up and answered all of our questions we had afterward. We are very satisfied so far with the process!
