Dr. Perdersen and his team have been the best eye care providers our family has ever experienced. I trust Dr. Perdersen with complicated eye diagnosis. His care for parents is unmatched. Jennifer was exceptional, especially with my son who took some time to adjust to the use of contact lenses. Jennifer has always been available to answer questions and cares not only about our eye care & eye wear but also about our lives! Jennifer and Connie have always been fun and honest in helping to find just the right frames! Highly recommend!
I've been a patient with Great Lakes, many, many, years. If I'm having any kind of problems with my new prescription, I can just walk in, talk to any of the employees,( their ALL so knowledgeable), tell them what's going on, and seriously they won't let me leave until my problem is solved. I've been working with(Tracy, she treats me like she would be treating her own mother. I actually feel so close to her, I call her my other daughter,lol). Then theirs Connie, she also treats me like I could be her mother. She treats me with so much respect, always concerned about my well being. Then there's Jennifer, I just had her today.
