We absolutely LOVE Dr Jahn. She listen to our questions and concerns. She takes her time with our fur babies. She also makes sure they are always comfortable.

I waited two weeks since the passing of my dog to be sure to keep as much emotion out of this posting as possible and not write this review in anger.
This was my vet for my dog for two years. He had a stroke. I called to ask if I could bring him in to be sure that was the issue and get medical attention. They informed me that they were full of appointments for the day, but I could maybe bring him in 3 days if I wanted.
I ended up taking him to an emergency vet clinic where they rushed him in, put him to the front of the line and treated both him and me with the professionalism, love, and respect that he and I deserved in a very emotional and trying emergency.
Prior to this instance, on my first visit to this vet and upon first moving to Racine, my dog was having runny stools and was quite lethargic after visiting a new daycare facility. The vet wanted to do full bloodwork, full chest x-rays, full cancer screening. She was very concerned that he had stomach cancer and needed to be very thorough. On my return visit I brought a stool sample, which she never asked for and I asked to have it examined. $1000 later ends up he just had worms.
I asked to have his prescriptions sent to Chewy as they are 1/3rd the cost of this vet. They refused to do that. They will print them out and let you mail them in, but they will not send them in to Chewy for you because they have their own pharmacy that they prefer you use at three times the price.
This vet hospital does not care at all about your pet or you. It is strictly a business aimed at making as much money as possible off of your love for your pet as possible. Please find someplace else to take your pet where they will get the care, attention, and love that they deserve.

Very friendly veterinarians, and very helpful. I was in Oregon before and comparatively this place is affordable too, though I’ve heard it’s slightly more expensive than some other vets in the area. I think you get what you pay for though!!
