Dr. Oshiro and Chase are fantastic! They go above and beyond to make their patients comfortable. I can't recommend them enough. We are so lucky to have them in our community.

My niece recommended Dr Mary to me years ago. I hate Dentists. It was so stressful for me to go in even for a teeth cleaning. That all changed the day I walked into my appointment at Lakeshore Family Dental. Dr Mary is gentle and explains everything. She is such a gem! I have also seen Dr Oshiro and Dr Chase. I am very excited to have my next check up with Dr Chase’s wife who is the newest Dentist to join this wonderful Dentist Office. Even the receptionists at the desk are great. Sitting in the Dentist chair with these Dentists is like sitting in your living room with friends. That’s how they make you feel. I love chit chatting a bit with the receptionists before I go in and after my appointment also. They remember my dogs and precious conversations. They are all just so professional and personable. Now add that Dr Mary has given me back my smile by doing such wonderful work on my teeth. I highly recommend this Dental Office especially if you have stress going in to see a Dentist. As a new Racine resident, I went to Dr. Chase Oshiro at Lakeshore Family Dental Care. Dr. Oshiro provided excellent care and their staff was outstanding in assisting me on an insurance matter. I am so glad to have found them and look forward to a long time relationship with them. Excellent Team!

Excellent experience at Lakeshore Family Dental. Been our Dentist for 20+ years. So good in fact that I am willing to drive 150 miles from home to go here. Dr. Mary, thank you so much for taking the time to explain all options for my dental care, you are the best. Their staff are top notch.

Super helpful to get me in the next day when my crown fell off (darn tootsie roll...). We recently relocated, and didn't have a new dentist yet. The receptionist was SUPER helpful (after calling a bunch of other places in the area, I can say that her friendliness really stood out - she truly seemed to care.) Not only did they get me in for my urgent issue, I was able to be seen quickly for a routine cleaning (vs waiting weeks for some other offices, or not even being able to get a hold of an actual person). The office is really clean, and everyone was friendly. On time, efficient, and a thorough exam by the dentist I saw. I'll be booking for the rest of my family. Two thumbs way up!

This is NOT a GOOD REVIEW! However, I will not hurt the Oshiros because they are great. But I do hope they see this and make adjustments. The older lady in glasses that works the front desk, will cost you customers eventually. She is not there to serve your customers, SHE IS A BILL COLLECTOR! As I am ready to leave after making an appointment, she tells me to wait, gets off the phone and proceeds to chastise me about a pass due bill. When I tell her my wife deals with it she pushes again, I tell her I'm not making a payment because my wife has an account she withdraws from, she pushes again and says, "well this is well over 90 days, can you pay something?" Making me look like a bafoon while others are in the office(this should be a private conversation) I have to tell her that maybe my wife forgot because she just lost both her parents in a car accident! Looking stunned, she still wants the money. I said how much is it..$86. $86!!! "Shame on you. You are pushing this hard for $86??" I said some other things but..then I find out $50 of it was for my son "recently" missing an appointment so actually..WE WERE TALKING $36!! I get people have to get paid but there is a way, a time and a place. This was a shameful act on that woman. She is terrible on the phone, in person, etc. If she is good for you, maybe have her behind the scenes because now I never want to deal with her again!

Dr. Edward Oshiro is the best dentist I have been to in years. He is patient listened to my fears and issues with previous dentists. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family. I wish there were more dentists like him. He did a tooth extraction on my and I had no pain or discomfort. Truly great dentist.
