I had a great experience with this company. I worked with Tyler to pick out my new doors and windows. I had changed my mind about a couple of things after he sent the estimate and he was patient and kind enough to quickly send me an updated estimate. He told me their lead times were 8 to 12 weeks out and they started work nine weeks after the contract was signed.
Josh and Ivan did a wonderful job with installation. Their communication was top notch too! Josh made sure to show us, and explain to us many features to our new doors. He answered any questions we had and was super courteous.

Tyler, Dan, and Josh were all fantastic to work with. They were honest, upfront about options and pricing, and extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. The installation itself was seamless.
We were able to keep the existing structure/skeleton of our very large bow window while replacing the 35-year-old windows themselves along with exterior trim, with brand-new ProVia triple-pane windows. This resulted in huge cost savings for us while still giving us a beautiful, updated look. We’re confident the new windows will also provide excellent energy savings in both the summer and winter.

We just had the best experience with Hardy & Jensen! Our experience first started with Tyler. This was our third quote, and we were not looking forward to another pushy salesman. Tyler was not pushy at all! We told him what we wanted, which was to replace every window in our home, a total of 13 openings, with the front and back windows being quite large. He was very professional and knowledgeable. When he left our home, we were confident this was the company we would go with. Fast-forward to install.
