I would like to say the staff was not only amazing but also very calming. I am a person who loves my animals so dearly and I was a mess bringing my sweet kitty in and they honestly were beyond impressive and professional. Would highly recommend for any animal emergency you ever have! Thank you so much for taking care of not just my kitty but my feelings as well!
My almost 12 y.o. bassador was severely sick and needed help right away. THANKFULLY we decided to go to Blue Pearl in Port Washington instead of going back to the first E-vet in the Grafton area. THIS WAS THE BEST DECISION FOR SO MANY REASONS.
They were able to see us right away. The doctors and staff at Blue Pearl were all very professional and sweet to us, and we felt very informed and cared for throughout the entire process. We were sent home with a thorough explanation of what was done and medicine instructions, as well as what to do with any issues.

They were amazing with my German Shepard Gabby, she was very constipated and very backed up, they made sure she was asleep and wouldn't feel anything to unclog her, they went above and beyond what they had to do as far as her treatment, thank you for all the caring and kindness everyone of ya'll showed. Would definitely recommend this vets office!!!
