This is our 4th year using JCW Tax & Accounting to file our taxes. First got the recommendation off a neighborhood parent Facebook group. We have consistently been impressed with Jayson's (and his staff's) responsiveness and communication. The portal they use for uploading tax documents is easy to navigate, and their turn-around time is impressively fast. They provide you with a really helpful organizer tool that clues you into the tax documents you should be expecting, and then the process of uploading those documents is really easy. They even have a scanning function in the app that makes uploading documents secure and simple.
In less than a week from when we uploaded all of our tax documents, the team filed our tax return, and informed us at every step of the way where they were in the process of reviewing our documents and preparing our taxes.
One of my favorite features of working with JCW Tax & Accounting is that when your taxes are complete, Jayson sends you a message with the key information, and links to a video where in a matter of minutes, he walks you through your tax return to help you understand key aspects and show you what you owe (and why) and/or what refund you're receiving (and why).
Fantastic communication, fast turnaround time, and also really reasonable cost. We are so pleased and look forward to using JCW Tax & Accounting for many years!

I can't recommend Jayson and his team enough. They are very communicative, extremely organized, and make the entire process so painless and simple. Everything is done online and they respond to questions at least within a business day, but usually much sooner. My favorite part is the video recap Jayson does where he records himself going through all the documents to be filed and explains everything. I think that is a really great touch and he makes it so easy to understand. My first year with them cost $225 and it went up a bit this year to $245, but I work in a different state so my situation is slightly more complicated. In all, it is worth EVERY PENNY!

This is the best tax experience ever! I got my biggest return I have ever received and it was probably the most simple interaction I have ever had when doing taxes. Everything that's needed is clearly explained (dummy proof!). Go with this team!
