I came to Sweet Smiles for a second opinion after a really discouraging experience with another dentist, and I am so grateful I did. I walked in carrying a lot of shame and fear. Between having hypermobile EDS, enamel issues from having several children, and long standing dental anxiety, I honestly worried I would not find a dentist who treated me like a human, especially while on BadgerCare. From the very beginning, that fear melted away. Dr. Praveena Muddana said something that stayed with me. A person is a person and everyone deserves good dental care. That single sentence shifted everything. I felt seen, respected, and safe. At the previous office I went to, I was told my teeth should be pulled and that I needed dentures. That was devastating. At Sweet Smiles, I was actually listened to, and it turned out all I needed were fillings and one implant. No unnecessary root canals. No scare tactics. Just honest, ethical care. Dr. Muddana helped calm my anxiety at every step, explaining things clearly and kindly, never rushing and never dismissing my concerns. Every employee I interacted with was genuinely kind. They consistently checked on me, made sure I was okay, and treated me with real care. I felt heard. I felt respected. I felt cared for. My husband also had an amazing experience here, which says a lot. We now actually look forward to our visits, something I never thought I would say about going to the dentist. And as a bonus, they have great taste in music, which helps more than you'd think. Most importantly, they gave me my smile and my confidence back. If you have had dental trauma, felt judged, or been pushed toward extreme solutions without being given real options, please know there are places like this. Sweet Smiles is one of them. Make this the year you heal. I cannot recommend Sweet Smiles and Dr. Praveena Muddana enough.
The staff is excellent. They are so friendly, and are constantly asking how you are doing to make sure you are ok. They seem to go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable.
I have some Major Anixtey issues with going to the Dentist so I haven't gone in years. I went to sweet smile in grafton and they were amazing. although you could see my anixtey was really high and I was shaking, they took thier time and made sure I was always comfortable. never pushed me to get things done quicker. They are very nice and compassionate people who also do a great job with your teeth.
