Jake and Caden(?) were excellent. Came early, started right away and did a great install. Explained things about the furnace and assisted with setting up new smart thermostat. Both very respectful and courteous. Always a great experience working with Roman Electric!
Jason was prompt, efficient and shared what condition the generator was in and what he found with the diagnostics he performed on my Briggs whole house generator (15 yrs old). All the generator techs from Roman have been excellent! Highly recommend!
Fifteen below!! Called this morning no Heat. They just left. Working great nicest guys and really smart . Fixed issue and this family of 8 with 2 sheepdogs. Safe and sound. Thank you!
