I had my first cleaning appointment with Molly Maid, and I was pleasantly surprised by the spotless condition of my apartment. Team #4, Erin and Norma, did an exceptional job. It was a huge relief to come home to a clean apartment, and it relieved me of the huge burden of deep cleaning after a hectic month of travel.

They started out great cleaning my father's home. Then all of a sudden went downhill. Would be in and out in less than an hour and wouldn't clean half of what they were signed up to do. And the work started to become very lacking. I believe they were trying to take advantage of my father and his age.
