HORRIBLE SERVICE! I have been a client of Insight Accounting for many years, and this year’s experience was beyond disappointing. I was notified less than 24 hours before the tax deadline that I owed taxes, with no prior communication, explanation, or even an apology for the last-minute notice. What made this even more frustrating was that I had previously been told by Jessica on March 30th that my taxes were completed and filed. To then receive a sudden notification right before the deadline was confusing, stressful, and completely unacceptable. As a long-time client, I expected professionalism, timely communication, and accountability. Instead, I was left feeling blindsided and unimportant. Relocating to Arizona should not have resulted in such a drastic decline in service quality. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in this company, and I would strongly caution others to think carefully before relying on them for something as important and time-sensitive as taxes. There are so many other tax preparers that will tell you immediately what you owe or what will be returned, and that should be how it is, however, I dealt with Insight for many years and always had weeks of delay to receive this information. POOR SERVICE!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Took over a month to file my taxes and when I complained Paula and Mike were very condescending, unprofessional, and unapologetic. I heard from other clients they had a mutual experience and when they complained told them they wouldn’t file their taxes anymore. If I could give a -0 I would!! Save your time and money and go to a more qualified tax service!

This is the second year I have used this Insight Accounting for my small business taxes. Both years I have been 100% satisfied with their service. Joe went over and above last year during the Pandemic helping find grants for us.This year, I worked with Paula, and she was fantastic! She was very responsive to any inquiries I had and the team pushed through to the end to make sure we were able to file on time.Their prices are reasonable, they are responsive even after tax season.
