I'm grateful to have found Healium. It's a very welcoming community and there are many classes to choose from for all different levels. The instructors are knowledgeable. I really appreciate that Healium has a standard approach for all classes, and each instructor brings a bit of their own flair to the class. I also appreciate that there are fitness focused, yoga flow and restorative options available. I highly recommend trying out all their different options. I think the unlimited class pass is a great option for people that want to take their fitness to the next level. Thanks for creating a fun space for wellness, Healium!

Wasn’t sure what to expect when I started. But I have a neck issue and I wanted to try yoga as a final resort before recommended surgery. I started with a beginner pack trial run and was hooked immediately. I enjoy all the instructors and the timing of classes are great and inclusive. The studio is welcoming and is a great fit for beginners and yogis alike. Huge shout out to Sarah for her killer “sound tracks” she makes for each session! It’s so cool and really makes it fun!

As an MKE transplant, I'm happy to have found a yoga studio as solid as Healium! The space (of all three studios) is clean, bright and inviting. I've had great experiences with each instructor I've taken! They always provide modifications or advancements. It's a welcoming community.
