The owners (and administrators) Nang Thao and Moualee Thao are thieves. They make the personal care workers sign the paperworks for mileage billing and never pay the PCWs for travel mileage. These mileage money belongs to the PCWs. Nang and Moualee bill the government the maximum money for mileage travels for each PCWs. I hope the government tracts them down and lock the both of them up. These people are crooks and deserves to be in prison.Not only do they steal money from the mileage money but also from the clients themselves.
