They did a great job cleaning my carpe! I would give 5 stars but the tech did not have scotch guard, although my order requested it. I had to leave my house in disarray a second day so he could come back and scotch guard carpets.

Ask for Randy! Very well priced, honest, and willing to go the extra mile. Had Randy come by and clean up a destroyed master bathroom and master bedroom walk in closet. He got all of the nasty feline smells out of them. Worked very hard and was polite as can be. I am a business professional and stand behind this review completely. Awesome job!

I gave them a check for $7.20 and they added a zero and cashed the check at $70.20. Still haven't received a call back from them about this.*** Update: They returned the money along with a nice letter describing that the situation was a mix-up. I still don't know whether or not it was a mix-up or not, but either way the service was good but the payment handling was clumsy.
