I love being in a fun, multigenerational space where I can find exercise, community, and opportunities to grow. I am grateful for such a space and place. BBLA is a great dojo, filled with wonderful and experienced teachers. My son is in 7th grade and has been taking classes since kindergarten. I have seen him grow and mature not only physically, but also as a leader and someone committed to helping others. He learned from the great example and curriculum at BBLA.

My kids loved taking classes here. One was extremely shy and tearful at the beginning but the instructors were patient and after a few weeks she was out with the rest of the class. Great with kids.

Truly the best! I wasn’t sure my daughter would be that into karate but it’s so much more than that. They teach control and discipline in such a fun and creative way. The black belts have such enthusiasm about what they do and their interaction with each child. I have no negatives about this place.

Anyone looking for that "thing" for your child, that activity that helps them feel confident, strong, build coordination and athleticism - this is IT! The instructors as all incredible, the curriculum is wholistic, and the experiences build character and leadership!
