Brent is Super knowledgeable and professional! We originally went in just to have my daughter’s nose jewelry removed after she got a bump. He explained the previous jewelry was too large and gave honest advice to let it heal first. We came back later and he re-pierced it with the proper jewelry — smooth, clean, and done right. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing. Highly recommend!

I took my 6-year-old daughter on Saturday to get her ears pierced.She got them pierced by Brent. First off I want to say the staff is very friendly and kind as soon as we walked in we were greeted and helped right away. Brent did an amazing job explaining the process to my daughter he was very patient with her. 🙂 She loves her new pink earrings and I am very pleased with the results.

Review for Tattoo Artist Neno I’m deeply disappointed with my experience with Neno. I chose him because I admired the work showcased on his page, but what I received was far from what I expected. I went in for a cover-up of an old elephant tattoo on my hand, and asked for a flower design. Unfortunately, the original tattoo was not covered up—it’s clearly visible underneath the new flower. It looks like a flower tattooed on top of an elephant, which is not what a cover-up is supposed to be. To make things worse, my skin was overworked during the session. As someone with melanin-rich skin and experience with tattoos (this is my 17th), it’s obvious he didn’t know how to work with darker skin tones. The end result is harsh, uneven, and just looks bad. He even messaged me right after to say he wanted to touch it up to make it “look more realistic,” which now feels like he already knew it didn’t look right. I’ve tried reaching out with questions during the healing process, and he’s only responded once. It feels like now that he’s been paid, he’s avoiding accountability. Honestly, he should have told me upfront if this work was outside his skillset or referred me to someone more experienced with dark skin. Instead, I’m left with a tattoo I hate—and now I have to spend even more money to either fix it or start removal. This was a painful and upsetting experience, and I’m sharing this to help others avoid going through the same

I messaged them for a nail appointment I had went somewhere else and did not like what I got I’ve been wanting to try this place and they responded quick and were able to get me in Jennifer did an amazing job redoing my nails for me they came out perfect everyone was super nice and the place was so clean def will be coming back!

Decided I really needed a third ear lobe piercing so I stopped in after a shift. I previously had my second lobe piercing done by Brent at his last place, so of course I had to stick with him. It was a short wait with easy QR agreement to get you set. Everything is tidy, sanitary and he makes sure you're happy with placement several times and is just a kind and caring person. I'll definitely be back for my next piercings with Brent when the day comes that I need more metal in my ears. Also had a tattoo with Arte in the past who is an excellent individual as well and I look forward to more in the future when I can finally settle on a design. Got pierced by Brent during the Friday the 13th sale and he was awesome! He was kind and throughly explained the process of the piercing I was getting. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Took my daughter to get her navel pierced yesterday. As a mom, I was nervous about who would be putting a hole in my kid so I poured over reviews for days. Saw Beauty is Pain had amazing reviews so I decided they were the place. It was the best decision. Brent was her piercer and he was so kind and patient with my nervous 16 year old. He went over the whole process, took great care in making sure she was happy with the placement and eased her fears and made sure she really paid attention to the aftercare instructions. She is really happy with her new piercing and I am a happy mom. On top of Brent being awesome, everyone there was so nice and we met a wonderful woman who I believe is the owner and she was so sweet and kind. Definitely will be going back for any future piercings or tattoos.

Came in today and got a Pedi by Li from The Nail Spot, which is inside Beauty is Pain. She was professional and accommodating. She did a fantastic job getting my feet and toes all ready for summer. Thanks again, I LOVE them!
Also, I am a repeat client for Beauty is Pain Tattoos and Body Piercing. I have received a full half sleeve from Tristin in the past 2 years, and we are working on my other arm half sleeve now. He is a phenomenal color artist and has mastered many other styles of tattoos. Go in and check out the space, all the artisits, and nail techs! The owner, Sheyla, is very welcoming and knows her stuff!

Cleanliness: The salon/shop is very clean and smells nice.

I drove all the way from Oak Creek to get a piercing on a Monday where it says they are open and they were closed. If this is a permanent thing then the hours should be updated. They also don’t take credit.
