This place has changed my life! I've been working out here for three years and I can can do things I did not know we're even possible for me. I especially love that Adrian really made me perfect the basics before learning more. So many workout classes I've been to felt like I didn't really get the muscle memory because they were trying to teach new things every day. I also appreciate that I can bring my friends and Adrian meets them where they are at in their fitness journey. Totally non-judgemental and very professional. Cannot say enough about this place!

I met Mr. Serrano in 1994. I took Judo I and Judo II at UWM. I was a transfer student. I just became a cop locally. I wrestled in college. Adrian was the nicest, most respectful, soft - spoken coach I ever had. Working with Norm Miller as his teaching assistant, he literally let Norm teach, and Adrian augmented lessons with his experience. I remember traveling to USJI nationals mid 90s, sitting on chair for Adrian as he competes in both seniors and master’s divisions. Over the years, I took private lessons with him in Judo. I had the pleasure to work with Adrian Serrano at personalized karate 27 yrs ago. We had private lessons. He taught me a lot. He is the best til this day I tell people about him. He will work you to the bone. No pain no gain he would always say. I got a brown belt from him.
