I have been working with Heather Burkart from Her Well Being for the past few months and have learned so many new, yet simple ways to stay healthy. She has met me right where I am at and teaching me to do very basic things to manage stress, sleep issues and over all nutrition. Her website is amazing! She does live cooking, Yoga and other demonstrations for overall wellness. I am hoping to make more time to dive in and learn more as she has so many taped sessions available! I have had a lot going on the past few months and am unable to make the time for more studying, but she sends gentle email reminders that are holding me accountable.
I visited Sheri Lee during my pregnancy, and it was one of the best decisions I made. She is incredibly caring and knowledgeable. I also saw one of her other staff members during my visit. The women at 8 Branches created such a welcoming and warming environment for me.

I see Sheri Lee for acupuncture, and she is both highly qualified and kind. I feel comfortable and heard during my appointments, and I have experienced positive results for at least 3 separate issues after treatments with her. I frequently recommend her services to family members and friends.
