My doctor, Lisa Bennett, was just about the nicest person I’ve ever met. Very genuine and just overall really cool. Extremely thorough with my exam and a lot of good recommendations. She made the whole thing a lot easier. I’d joked about coming back with more “issues” to simply speak to her again.

I am writing this review a week after Lasik with Dr. Jay, and the results are nothing short than incredible. I went from not being able to read the biggest letter on the chart to 20/20 distance, and 20/15 reading. The procedure was painless and went extremely quick. I have no regrets.Dr. Jay and her staff have an amazing talent to make each patient feel comfortable and welcome. From the secretaries to the techs, and Marcy the surgery coordinator, each member of their staff went above and beyond to make this a wonderful experience. I had lasik surgery in September. I can not say enough good things about everyone at Lakeshore. After my initial consultation, I immediately scheduled my surgery. I was very impressed with the staff and of course Dr. Jay. She is the absolute best. I honestly don't think I could have had the surgery with anyone else. I had such confidence in her after meeting for our consultation and pre-op. I was of course still nervous about this elective eye procedure, but Dr. Jay had such a great way of explaining things & the way she addressed my questions & concerns- she really took the worry out of it!
