Very satisfied with how our whole experience with Universal Windows went!! From sales to window concierge(yes, you actually have a concierge!), to the measurer, to the scheduler, to the installers, can't say enough positive things about this company and it's associates!
Process from beginning to end was very straightforward. There was clear communication during the whole process and the timeline given to complete the project was accurate. Installation schedule was flexible and accommodating. Actual install process was quick and area around window was cleaned up after install. I would use again.
We met with Jamie tonight. He knew anything and everything about the windows and what they had to offer. I would definitely suggest to give them a call to see what they have to offer and why they are better than the competition. Excited to get our new windows.
