The gentleman came right on time and only took a minute or two to replace the chipped window. Friendly and quick service! The service for making sure our windows are working to their full potential is top notch.
After a rocky start due to a Universal Windows computer calculation glitch which caused a delay in the order the installation process was so smooth! The installation crew were professionals, who asked the right questions and provided a seamless experience. I had a very large order with very large windows to be installed and the crew was able to complete the installation in one afternoon - they worked very efficiently. I'm very happy with my new windows!
Windows look great! Working with Jamie Shay was a great experience. He was very thorough in explaining the windows and helping with finance info. Installers were very efficient & and did some extra caulking we asked for. They cleaned up really well after they were done. We were very satisfied:)
