Arlyce is very skilled at what she does. I have CFS/ME and having her do MDL is helping significantly. My level of physical function is defiantly improving. I highly recommend for any CFS/ME or Long-hauler patients or anyone with chronic illness from Lyme. Arlyce is also very down to earth and easy to work with, especially if you have anxiety. I always feel really good after a session and the next day I have detox symptoms which is a good thing.

Highly recommend a lymphatic massage with Arlyce. I had been considering lymphatic work because I had swelling in the lymph nodes around my neck during and after a bout with COVID. I couldn't shake the headaches, muscle aches, exhaustion and congestion weeks afterward. Just one massage with Arlyce had me feeling much better and three had me back on the trails and hiking again. I have continued therapy with Arlyce since I have found that the massage continues to aid in lymph flow, has helped with digestive issues and also anxiety.

Nelly and her team are a true hidden treasure that I cannot recommend enough. Very knowledgeable about all sorts of conditions and issues and listen carefully to what you need and are very accommodating to any adjustments to make you comfortable. Their space is private, clean, and relaxing. Nelly has also provided tips, tricks, and aides (ex: applies kinesiology tape if appropriate) that have been so beneficial in my healing process. I can’t thank her and her team enough and always look forward to my appointments.
