Amazing company! We could not be more happy with our experience with Tradewinds. We had them install a heat pump and furnace. Alan clearly knew heat pumps and was patient with all of our questions. On the day of install Alan and his team were right on time, super respectful and on top of everything. Even more importantly they did an amazing job. Call Tradewinds -- they will treat you right!
I called Tradewinds on behalf of our daughter’s business. Her furnace when out and after “2” visits from another heating contractor, with questionable results, I called Tradewinds.
Not familiar with heating contractors in Madison, I contacted Tradewinds mainly based on the positive reviews.
I spoke with Ken, the owner and after answering ALL my questions, we decided to have him give us a quote for the furnace replacement. Price was competitive, workmanship was excellent, and it was completed promptly.

Ken was fantastic in servicing our furnace. He returned my call right away. He was on time and was wonderful to work with. He was clearly knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. He went over options for us in terms of repair vs replace.
