We had our carpets steam cleaned by Steam Plus and everything turned out great! Reasonable price, easy to set up the appointment, and everything was clearly explained to us. A+ experience.
Alex answered my call on the 2nd ring, scheduled me for the next day, and Michael was skilled and very nice for the cleaning. I was ready to throw out my carpet and start over, but my carpet looks and smells new now!
The whole process, from making the appointment through the cleaning, was very professional and of the highest quality. Appreciated the timely reminders of the appointment prior and the prompt arrival on the day of. Alex was a pleasure to deal with, very considerate and explained what he was doing and why at each step. The carpet is cleaned thoroughly and looks great.
