Very sweet and caring staff! It was my kitty's first time here and he was loved and cared for. I requested to be updated on how he was doing and I was quickly met with a response and some wonderful pictures! I definitely felt safe and comfortable leaving my cat here and it was very much worth the price!
They are taking great care of my spoiled cat while I'm away. They're quick to respond to any questions I have as a first time boarder. I love being able to check in with the video app!
Hotel sisal takes care of our babies as well as we would. I feel so comfortable leaving them there knowing they are getting both the space and attention they need. They are super responsive to any emails, concerns or when plans need to be changed (like pickup times). I love the flexibility and the price is a steal. The camera is a super awesome special touch as I can check in on them from afar when I miss them. 10/10 recommend!
