The work Heartwood Tree Company does is outstanding, professional and based on expert knowledge. They has cared for our trees and shrubs for a number of years and we have been totally pleased each time. It is also fun to watch them go high into the big trees like acrobats. They are very good, clean up afterwards, and don't need any heavy equipment to reach high trees because of the way they can get high up via ropes, pulleys, and individual agility/ strength.

Heartwood has taken care of my trees for five years and they always do a fantastic job. I live in an older Madison neighborhood with narrow streets, small house lots, and big trees. Besides taking good care of my trees they are careful of my garden beds and my neighbors' property, and they clean up completely when they are done. They are complete professionals. Highly recommended.

The team did a great job and I am satisfied with the results!! It was a bit frustrating that I had to remind them which trees were on our property (they accidentally cut some of our neighbors's tree, and thankfully they didn't mind), and they also almost left without cutting our lilac bush in the front. I heard them get in their truck and start it, and I ran out to see if they were leaving for a break, and they realized they forgot. Thankfully it was remedied quickly and the work was great, but I had some anxiety feeling like I needed to keep an eye on them. I understand days are long and their work is tough, so I get it. But something to keep in mind!
