Just had Heartwood remove fallen limb from my roof, and VERY pleased with whole experience. Best bid price-wise, and work completed within 3 days. Clean-up was meticulous and people were great. I went from crisis to calm- thank you!

We contacted Heartwood initially to inspect the large maple in our front yard. The arborist who came out to inspect our tree, Adam, was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us a lot of helpful information about our tree and advised us on the longterm health of the tree. We really appreciated how informative he was.
Heartwood pruned our Norway maple and installed a support cable . Their crew was efficient, professional, and tidy. We are pleased with how the tree looks and are less concerned about the tree’s proximity to our house.

My family has worked with Heartwood Tree Company twice, and both experiences were good. We had four Black Walnut trees removed in the fall of 2025 and they planted several trees and bushes for us in April 2026. The tree removal was fascinating to watch and it was so satisfying to get those trees out of our back yard. Our HOA is the worst and needs a letter from an arborist explaining why the trees should be removed, and Heartwood composed a very well written letter for us.
