Even though I live in Eau Claire I use Carbon for cryotherapy and red light therapy when I come to town to see my family and I also go to Pam Fox at Foxy Salon Suites for waxing and haircuts. I do a lot of training and cryotherapy red light therapy is a great recovery tool!

Brittany and Heather are SO amazing - after a stressful day, they totally made my day. I was running so late today and they completely (and cheerfully) accommodated me. Not only that, but their facility is top notch and it works! Highly recommended!

Highly recommend! I started my journey with CWH 1 year ago with the 6 week experience package while training and preparing for my first Muay Thai tournament, and have not looked back.
