The staff and doctor at this office are some of the kindest people I have ever encountered. My husband had a horrific toothache and was not even a patient at their office. I had called the morning of and even though they were booked for the day they got him in right away. Dr. Crawford fixed my husband's tooth the same day, this is unheard of, not one tooth but two. He made sure that he was pain free. My husband and I will be forever grateful for their kindness. Thank you so much Dr. Crawford and Katie for your kindness and understanding.
I went to Dr. Crawford‘s office today and Cindy the hygienist cleaned my teeth. Everybody is super friendly and down to earth and I love that, especially Dr. P.! You can tell that he has a passion and loves what he does. My husband didn’t have an appointment but he had him come in after I was finished and looked at his teeth and I thought that was so cool, in this day and age people are rushing you out and you can’t find that anymore in the medical community. The office is absolutely gorgeous! I made my living for 34 years cleaning commercial offices and mostly dentists and never got into the chair and looked up with so many skylights and looking out the window at all the beautiful nature. We just stayed in a treehouse in Galena and it literally took me back to the cool round glass treehouse. I’ve had other hygienist in the past and they were really rough with my teeth and CINDY was so gentle and polished them all up for me. Yeah I felt like I went to the SPA for my teeth 🦷
No one actually enjoys going to the dentist but this by far was one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had! From the very beginning of making an appointment to checking out, the entire staff was so friendly and made me feel comfortable as if I’d been a regular patient for years. They got me in for an emergency appt within 1 hour of calling. Dr Pat understood my concerns and listened and didn’t pressure me into doing other things at the moment as other offices have. Without a doubt I’d recommend this office to everyone!
