Slum lords for real, will never fix anything no matter how much you beg them to and when the problem persists and destroys stuff they Blame you. Plus the maintenance guys are not to be trusted.
I’d give them 0 stars if I could. They don’t want to fix anything at all in our house. Disgusting mold in the basement and bathroom. half the doors are broken. the side of the house is falling off. Our pipes stink when the bathroom sink is used. Our windows are falling out And much more. When trying to get these problems solved they never come out here to see them and when they do they are dismissive about all of it and never give 24 hours notice that they will be coming. They are slum lords. They raise the rent but won’t fix a dam thing.on top of that they say that they fixed it and cancel our requests to fix it. they sent me a denial letter less than 12 hours after I applied. This is a scam they haven't responded to refunding my application fee or sending me a copy of the report they received to deny do not send these scammers any money. I also have a friend who just told me she rents from them and they are slumlords and do not fix anything or even respond
