Brittanie followed up in the sweetest manner and I appreciate her positive first impression and great customer service.

Super experience! I had filed my own taxes for years, but 2021 brought some new challenges that I was unable to work through and that the tax software I use could not handle. I reached out via a referral from Dave Ramsey to Jon and his team. They were able to help, very expeditiously, with the aid of technology for uploading docs. They were proactive, communicative, and a joy to work with. They were able to file taxes for me, my wife, and our son in such a professional and efficient manner.
