After 20 some years, our tax accountant retired. We are so happy to have found BTA and Drew. Their receptionist is an extremely pleasant person, smiles, knows who you are, an asset to their business. We are very pleased with BTA and their employees.

Highly recommend working with their team. This was my first year hiring a service where I was previously doing online taxes and I'll never look back. Their team was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend working them.

Absolutely the most UNPROFESSIONAL accountants I have ever met! Dropped our taxes off first part of March and we called to make sure that there were not any questions with it March 19th, we were told she hadn't looked at it yet. Received our receipts and half of our documents back in the mail on March 22nd with a letter stating that it was "too much work for the accountant to add our receipts up and that we needed to add them up for her and then send the documents back to her! WHO does this??? Brenda Kangas does this apparently!! She had the opportunity to tell me on the phone that it was beyond her scope and ability, but now we are down to less than 4 weeks from Tax deadline and we have to find someone else! WOW oh WOW is all I can say. Worst yet, she did our taxes last year, complained about the receipts not being totaled! Charged us $75 bucks extra to ADD them up for us! I told her it was worth it for me, because I hated numbers and did not feel that paying someone $475.00 was asking too much of them to do their JOB!! If we wanted to do our OWN TAXES, we would have gone online and tried to do them ourselves!! Do not go here, we will I am sure hear that somehow she messed them up from the year before now too! Icing on the cake!!
