From the get-go, everything was seamless, and our carpets are so well cleaned that we are going to be set now for a while. This place was a pleasure to deal with. I had them clean the living room carpet of a house I am moving in to. Several hours later the owner called and said he didn't like the pictures of their finished work and wanted to give it another try. I had not even seen the finished work nor complained, they did this because they take pride in their work. Could not recommend them more
