I've frequently used urgent care here and it's mostly been fine (hence 2 stars instead of a flat 1), but I was very excited for my new NP because she'd been great on an urgent care visit, so I decided to make her my primary care. My physical last year was a joke. I understand that Bellin is a medical learning hospital system, but most of my time was spent with a student and saw my NP for probably 5 minutes? I've always liked the providers I see but they make me fight them for my medication at least twice a year. Apparently doctors can't do math. They give you less than you need to even get to your testing dates..and just straight up forget to send prescriptions all the time. And a note from the pharmacy isn't enough. They have admitted to me in the past that they had the request and just didnt bother getting it to the dr. I have to babysit them to get the medications that THEY are telling me to take.
