Cortez is a fantastic personal trainer! He is always so upbeat and personalizes every single workout. I never have the same workout twice and I actually look forward to working out. He has also been great with keeping me motivated to keep moving while the gym is closed because of COVID-19.

Cortez is THE MOST phenomenal personal trainer! You won’t find anyone better, especially in the Green Bay Area. I’ve hired several around the country and I can easily say, Cortez is the only personal trainer I've found that is well worth the fee.

I've hired several around the country and I can easily say, Cortez is the only personal trainer I've found that is well worth the fee. Cortez was recommended to me by a friend. I saw her results but I was too cheap and I figured I could just do it on my own since I never had much luck with trainers.
