Dr. Skibinski and Janet are both wonderful. I’ve had a major fear of the dentist since I was a child, and they always make me feel comfortable and at ease during every visit. Their kindness, patience, and care truly make a difference. I highly recommend them for all of your dental needs!

Dental Associates of Franklin has my very skilled dentist, assistants & hygienist. BUT....... Since May 27th (8 weeks ago today) the paperwork department has delayed submitting the preliminary authorization. If they want me to continue treatment, contact my insurance company. 7-29-25 Update: Refused to submit the 1st procedure & blame ME for delaying the fix.

The preliminary authorization department staff have ignored my dentist's order for them to submit. I'm waiting for a 3 phase procedure. Medical staff are wonderful....... paper pushers are lazy.
