Dental Associates of Franklin has my very skilled dentist, assistants & hygienist. BUT....... Since May 27th (8 weeks ago today) the paperwork department has delayed submitting the preliminary authorization. If they want me to continue treatment, contact my insurance company. 7-29-25 Update: Refused to submit the 1st procedure & blame ME for delaying the fix.

The preliminary authorization department staff have ignored my dentist's order for them to submit. I'm waiting for a 3 phase procedure. Medical staff are wonderful....... paper pushers are lazy.

Dr.Linh is the best, she is always so nice and has helped get a ton of work done I need done in a very short amount of time! She always explains everything we are working on and asks if I have any questions, and if I’m doing okay! She is amazing and every trip to the dentist has been great! I was late one day- totally my fault- and she still squeezed me in to put on of my permanent crowns on. She is really awesome!
Allison has also helped schedule me so much the within the past few months! As I try to get a bunch of work done before being taken off my insurance for turning 26 they have helped squeeze in so many appointments for me for the next few... read full review
