I've used ShackelfordHeating and cooling Co for over 28 years, and are very pleased with the service. When I needed to replace my Furnace and Air Conditioner, the team was very professional. They don't bombard me with unnecessary messages, but always return my text messages promptly.
Shackelford is a great company to work with. The management was kind and compassionate and went to great lengths to help me. My furnaced stopped working and needed to be replaced (it was 26 years old), they managed to get it working (no chage) long enough to get a replacement. The installlation team was very professional and efficient and took the time to go over the new HVAC system and answer my questions. I highly recommend them.
My 20 year old Carrier was starting to struggle, so luckily I had just read a recent 5 star review about Shackelford and thought why not get one more quote. They totally lived up to all their excellent reviews. Mike showed up the same day I called to give me an estimate, and out of the 4 quotes received, they were by far the best. I called the next day as my furnace wasn't able to keep up and they scheduled me the following day and dropped off space heaters to make sure nothing went horribly wrong in the interim.
