Jeff Larson is a blast to work with. Always friendly, asking if it is okay to set off the alarm, and respective of the fact that the system goes off and will annoy us at each monthly visit!
Elijah came to install a basic system for our home. He was wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable, thorough and helpful. He was a pleasure to have in our home. He did not leave until he was sure I was comfortable enough with the new system.Brian who sold us the system was also knowledgeable, personable and easy to work with.Thank you both!
Once he was completed with his scheduled work, he took the time to ask me if he could help me with anything else. I didn’t think I needed anything else, but he helped me name my cameras, reposition some existing cameras so that I would get better coverage, and explained to me what he was trying to accomplish.
