Never had to visit a chiropractor before but very thankful I did!! Pulled my back for the first time in my life, as I thought I was above injury. Adam was able to work wonders and give me a few exercises to help loosen the muscles and did a great job with the adjustments. Also showed me what was going on, found a life long alignment issue with my leg length, and set forward with a plan to address these issues. After three weeks of decreasing treatments I feel great, am back to the gym, and looking forward to our hiking vacation coming up!! Would definitely recommend Adam and his team.

This was my first time visiting a chiropractor and I couldn't ask for a better experience. The staff and Doctor Considine were knowledgable and friendly. The office was extremely clean and comfortable. I felt relief from my treatment, almost immediately (in my case). I appreciated that Dr. Considine explained the process and treatment to me, and gave me stretches to do outside of my appointments. Once we saw enough results, I was happy that Dr. Considine wrapped up my treatment plan and didn't keep seeing my unnecessarily. I will definitely choose LSM and Dr. Considine for any future chiropractic needs!

I could not speak higher of this clinic and Dr.Considine. I’ve been going here for a couple weeks now, and the major improvement in my overall pain already, is amazing. I had some pretty constant severe pain in my SI joint and Huch is now completely gone! After each adjustment, I feel like I breathe clearer even. I’m sleeping better at night, and feel so much more at ease, no more migraines. Pretty wonderful what chiropractic can do for your health and comfort.
