We boarded our dogs here multiple times while we travel and love love love their services. The owner is super sweet and our dogs always look well taken care of when we picked them up.

Excellent. They really know dogs and appreciate them for the fun living creatures they are. Milly was desperate to go home from other kennels--I'm not sure she was ready to come home from Cherokee.

Our two dogs do great here! Dustin is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about dogs, especially hunting breeds. Beautiful, clean facility on a lovely piece of land. Dogs get to go in and outside during the day as they please! We love Cherokee Kennels and will continue to use and recommend to others.

Cherokee Kennels has been family owned and operated since 1962. The kennel sits on over 70 secluded acres of woods, fields, and wetlands only 4 miles south of Madison. We are lifetime members of the American Boarding Kennel Association and have a very qualified and knowledgeable staff, including one Certified Kennel Operator. We are protected by ADT Security and the owner lives on site. There are many options for pet care today, so we encourage you to tour all facilities that you are interested in, so that you are comfortable with where your pet is staying. You are welcome to come and tour Cherokee anytime during business hours Monday thru Saturday.
